Community Kickstart

Community Kickstart

To celebrate the generous and caring work of Australian community groups, ISPT and Banksia Grove Village have announced the Community Kickstart grant program is back in 2024. Local community groups play such a vital role in supporting Australian communities, and the ISPT’s Community Kickstart program aims to amplify their efforts by providing financial funding and support to help sustain and expand their projects and services that positively impact the local community.

Applications will be open from 22 July to 25 August.

Who can apply?

The $10,000 community grant program is open to:

  • All registered organisations who provide benefit to the community.
  • Local community groups and voluntary organisations. Organisations not based within local community must be able to demonstrate a benefit to members who live in the local community.
  • Only organisations/community groups that hold an Australian Business Number (ABN).

The Grant Prize

A grant of $10,000 will be awarded to the application that scores highest under ISPT’s judging criteria.

Only one grant will be awarded. In addition, selected groups will be offered free space within Banksia Grove Village to raise funds.

Our aim is to provide a robust and transparent judging process. We will judge submissions based on alignment with the ISPT criteria.
